Samara LaRochelle They/She, is Licensed and  Insured massage therapist with a dedication for helping people resolve injuries, improve postural balance and reduce stress. Welcoming and providing inclusive, trauma informed care to all bodies. 

Samara's work is influenced by their training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai massage, and Myofascial massage. She has special training in Intra Oral massage which is especially helpful for those experiencing TMJD, general jaw tension, headaches,  chronic neck tension and countless other complaints. All techniques are used with with careful understanding of anatomically specific locations of muscle attachments and their relation to the alignment of joints. She adapts to each individual's need's whether they are in need of relaxation or reconstructive/deep tissue work.

Samara provides compassion and technical skill to her clients and strives to create change that enhances their wellbeing. They truly believe in the body’s ability to heal and is eager to assist each client in feeling their best.  

New clients receive a free initial  phone consultation prior to scheduling so the needs and goals can be assessed.
